This 30,000 SFT multi-floor renovation included finishing two and a half floors of office space consisting of a 2000 SFT computer room (complete with new generator, FM200 Fire Suppression, and UPS power), multiple conference rooms, and break room.
One of the challenges faced was to complete the project in five phases while occupied by the tenant and still we met every critical deadline.
