The ASA Midwest Council’s 24th Annual Awards Gala, honoring the top general contractors in the St. Louis area, was held at the Four Seasons Hotel on April 1, 2017.
ASA members’ nominations and votes were based on the following criteria: Bid Ethics Practice, Equitable Contract Provisions, Safety Policy and Practice, Payment Practices, Jobsite Supervision, Scheduling Coordination, Subcontractor Relations and Administrative Procedures.
The LANDCO team is honored to have been awarded the prestigious “General Contractor of the Year” award by the ASA board members and so many of our respected subcontractors. Subcontractors play a key role in the success of LANDCO’s projects and we are thankful for their outstanding performance.
