This 3,700 SFT renovation reclaimed an outdated commercial Kitchen/Cafe, providing a top-of-the-line food prep and employee dining facility. While some of the existing kitchen equipment was refurbished and restored for reuse, the majority was completely replaced. The Café’s design also incorporated a new food service line, and new salad and beverage bars, providing more streamlined access during mealtime rushes.
LANDCO completed the work without disruption to the existing tenants, and maintained the schedule as required, so that newly relocated Scottrade employees were able to enjoy their new Bulls & Bears Cafe upon arrival as planned.
