Project Engineer

With more than five years of project engineering and management experience, Kendra specializes in creating and fortifying systems to increase overall efficiency where it matters. She is an innovative problem solver who works collaboratively with diverse teams and stakeholders. Her responsibilities include preconstruction services, including takeoffs, cost estimating, submittal reviews and scheduling. Kendra also manages change orders and coordinates subcontractor work. Kendra received a BS in Mechanical Engineering from Howard University, and her certifications include Six Sigma, Agile Process Methodology, and TRIZ. She’s also skilled in CAD/Revit and estimating and scheduling software. Her previous experience includes LIHTC and grant applications for multi-family affordable housing developments and creating project cohesion systems that increased multiple projects’ efficiency by 50 percent.
