Chris Nieburg joined Landco Construction as a Senior Project Manager in 2025, bringing with him two decades of experience in general contracting and design. A veteran of St. Louis’ top general contracting firms, he has honed his expertise in project management and estimating – handling both hard bid and negotiated contracts. Chris has successfully led projects up to $25 million and estimated projects as high as $78 million.

Chris thrives on tackling complex builds that go beyond the ordinary. From cutting-edge restaurants and bars to historic renovations, high-end fitness facilities, churches, and large-scale interior fit-outs, his expertise extends far beyond standard white box projects. With a deep specialization in tilt-up and design-build construction, he brings both technical know-how and creative problem-solving to every project.

A proud graduate of Missouri State University, Chris earned his B.S. in Industrial Management–Construction Management. His passion for the craft, combined with his strategic mindset, makes him a driving force behind successful, high-impact builds.
