This 2,300 SF interior renovation of the NetApp office space provided an immense logistical challenge. Though close coordination of subcontractor trades is a commitment which LANDCO always makes, the aggressive construction schedule, combined with tight working quarters, required scrupulous coordination of all the subcontractor trades.
As the client looked for ways to reduce costs, LANDCO offered value engineering solutions such as replacing the glass sliding doors with wood doors laminated in whiteboard material. These sliding doors provided easy access for impromptu brainstorming sessions and helped reduce the overall budget.
This NetApp project at CityPlace served as one of two national prototypes, and achieved LEED-Silver certification from the USGBC.
