Architecture and design firm HOK’s relocation into a 39,000 square-foot space features collaboration stations, state-of-the-art videoconferencing and virtual collaboration rooms, glass-walled conference rooms and an architectural model shop. The main feature is a grand staircase which connects the two-story space, and opens to a 2,800 square-foot street-level patio.
