This 3,000 SFT project consisted of the transformation of medical office space into an updated Women’s Health (OB/GYN) Clinic consisting of patient reception area, exam offices, ultra-sound facility, physicians’ work area, and break room. The new clinic is one of the first to demonstrate Mercy’s new branding and design concept. The intricate drywall work along with the trim carpentry and acoustical ceilings were self-performed by LANDCO carpenters. As the existing practice was relocating from another building, the six week project schedule was non-negotiable. In order to coordinate with Urgent Care tenant below the space, LANDCO managed a majority of the plumbing work after hours. LANDCO was able to move the tenant in on time and within budget.
