Landco Construction is pleased to welcome Shaughn Croyle, project manager, and Kendra Jones, project engineer, to the firm. Shaughn Croyle is a seasoned professional with 28 years of industry experience and proven experience in cross functional project management. He specializes in the healthcare, laboratory, corporate and industrial markets with projects up to $15 million. Shaughn develops and manages project budgets and schedules and is highly knowledgeable in MEPFPs. He works closely with owners, architects, subcontractors and vendors to deliver on project expectations.
With more than five years of project engineering and management experience, Kendra Jones specializes in creating and fortifying systems to increase overall efficiency where it matters. She is an innovative problem solver who works collaboratively with diverse teams and stakeholders. Her responsibilities include preconstruction services, including takeoffs, cost estimating, submittal reviews and scheduling. Kendra also manages change orders and coordinates subcontractor work. She is skilled in CAD/Revit and estimating and scheduling software.
